RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our intellectual property is the heart and value of R1 and the Discovery Cards. This value is transferred once you receive it into your possession. Therefore, we are not accepting any returns or refunds at this time but will exchange defective or damaged products on a limited basis.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
How to Exchange Your Order:
We only replace items if the products you receive are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your products for the same item, send us an email to R1Team@R1RecoveryFirst.com. Together we will decide on how best to handle the situation and if sending the defective or damaged products back to us is required. If we deem it necessary, we will request in writing to send your item to: TRM Services, 3654 Swenson Avenue, St Charles, IL 60174, United States.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: TRM Services, 3654 Swenson Avenue, St Charles, IL 60174, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive your item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your purchase or credited back to your account.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 3 business days.
